One of the book\u2019s elements we&#8217;re most proud of is the ability for you to access downloads of the tools described throughout <em>Unleashing Excellence<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>We know that even with the expanded information included in <em>Unleashing Excellence<\/em>, you may have questions or challenges you would like for us to address so that you can successfully implement the <em>Unleashing Excellence<\/em> process in your organization. This blog is designed for that purpose.<\/p>\n<p>We encourage you to post questions, issues, and success stories on the blog by clicking on the tab titled, &#8220;<em>Submit Your Stories and Questions<\/em>,&#8221; and we will respond with our suggestions\/recommendations via the blog so that everyone can benefit.
